Payment & Access
Payment must be received in full before access is granted to any digital product, live event, or private session.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may vary based on exchange rates for international clients.
Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Courses, Meditations & Downloads
Due to the energetic and downloadable nature of these materials, all sales are final.
Once a program has been accessed or a download link delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
In extreme or compassionate circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase. Please contact [email protected] for consideration.
Private Sessions & Mentorship
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Group & Community Conduct
All live calls, activations, or programs are sacred spaces.
Participants agree to show up with respect, confidentiality, and integrity — honouring the energy and experiences of others.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
